Role: Travel Physical Therapist providing outpatient, inpatient, and acute rehab coverage in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients daily with 1:1 care, utilizing Epic EMR, and working Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts. Cover outpatient, inpatient, and rehab units, ensuring productivity goals are met without daily tracking.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior travel experience in outpatient therapy required, strong clinical skills, and ability to work independently. Familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver therapy services, coordinate patient care, and maintain documentation. Handle licensing and credentialing processes, with support from the staffing agency.
