Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient setting across multiple trauma-level facilities, with new grads and first-time travelers welcome to apply.
Details
- Inpatient physical therapy setting across multiple facility locations, including Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 trauma centers
- EMR system is Epic
Requirements
- Active PT state license required; if not currently licensed in Iowa but willing to obtain one, candidates may still be considered — please indicate this at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification required
- At least 6 months of PT experience preferred, but recent and new graduates are accepted
- Travel experience preferred but not required; first-time travelers are welcome
- One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within 2 years of employment required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (radius rule may vary by location)
Additional Information
- Candidates who have been employed by the facility within the last 12 months are not eligible to apply
- Travelers are expected to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
- Time off requests during the holiday window are limited to 1 day per traveler
