- Educating patients and families to promote progress beyond clinical sessions.
- Participating in inpatient evaluations and maintaining accurate documentation per regulations.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current with field advancements.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; CCC-SLP preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment for diverse age groups and disorders.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and culturally sensitive techniques.
