Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's with relevant experience acceptable
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to develop personalized therapy plans
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Provide speech and language therapy services
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Support patient recovery and celebrate milestones
