Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification within two years
- At least 3 years of pharmacy practice experience, with 2 years related experience if no PGY-1
- Possession of Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License where applicable
- Provide collaborative patient care services
- Utilize data and tools to identify target populations and improve medication therapy
- Work as part of a healthcare team to enhance therapeutic outcomes
