Role: Registered Nurse in a Dialysis unit

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based hemodialysis care, including patient assessment, treatment setup, and monitoring
  • Manage vascular access and administer medications as prescribed
  • Educate patients and families on renal health and treatment plans
  • Document care and patient information accurately in the EMR
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid RN license
  • Strong clinical skills in hemodialysis and patient care
  • Excellent communication and educational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Commitment to professional growth and delivering high-quality care
