- Ensuring medication safety, compliance, and cleanliness.
- Collaborating with a team to develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Providing transportation and attending medical appointments, advocating for clients, and documenting follow-up care.
- Building rapport and supporting clients’ recovery progress.
- High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications and training.
- Valid driver’s license with minimal points and access to insured transportation.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
