Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic, rehabilitative, and diagnostic procedures
- Assess patient needs and therapy effectiveness
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Delegate tasks to team members as appropriate
- Educate staff and students on respiratory procedures and assess their competence
- Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care program or equivalent
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
- State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan
- BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong collaboration, assessment, and instructional skills
