- Coordinating safe and effective care for diverse patient populations under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager.
- Assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care goals, and continuously evaluating and revising the plan of care to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
- Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and maintaining compliance with certification requirements.
- Associate’s degree in nursing and current Kansas RN licensure.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Telemetry, ICU, and PCU experience with ACLS certification; oncology certification for post-surgery care.
- Specific certifications required within one year of employment.
- Four-year degree and at least one year of recent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
