- Coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on unit
