- Interpret and implement treatment plans, document procedures, and perform simulation processes.
- Prepare immobilization devices, obtain measurements, and assist with dosimetry.
- Perform daily equipment checks, warm-up, and quality assurance.
- Support clinical training of student therapists.
- Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.
- Provide patient care during treatment, monitor progress, and assist with patient education.
- Manage scheduling, treatment delivery, and billing documentation.
- Radiology Tech License (if applicable) and ARRT Radiation Therapy certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical, communication, decision-making, and empathetic skills.
- Manual dexterity, physical ability to assist with patient transfers, and ability to operate complex equipment.
- Ability to interact with patients and team members effectively, often in busy or emergency settings.
