Role: Private Duty LVN

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes
  • Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and tracheostomy/ventilator management as needed
  • Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately
  • Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and care plans
