Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
- Active MA certification required; BLS certification preferred for outpatient clinics and hospital outpatient departments.
- Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of outpatient procedures and equipment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
