- Responsibilities include: supervising nursing staff and OR personnel, ensuring safety and infection control, coordinating staffing and supplies, assisting surgeons, maintaining equipment, and overseeing quality improvement activities.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), current RN licensure, minimum of two years perioperative nursing experience, management experience preferred, and BCLS certification. Specialty certifications are a plus.
- Skills required: strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills; knowledge of nursing principles, safety protocols, and perioperative procedures.
