- Providing high-quality occupational medicine services such as injury care, regulatory surveillance, pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and wellness programs
- Leading a multidisciplinary clinical team and overseeing MRO, IME, and surveillance programs
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering measurable health outcomes
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine or related fields with experience in occupational or employee health
- Knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation guidelines
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- NJ medical license or eligibility; MRO, DOT, and IME certifications preferred
- Strategic leadership of the occupational health service line
- Providing evidence-based clinical care and leadership
- Supporting professional growth and system-wide initiatives
