- Assess and monitor patient signs and symptoms, including physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Administer medications and perform tasks related to G-tube care; future responsibilities may include trach/vent management.
- Document patient data and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience.
