We are seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Unit.

- Performing patient assessments and delivering individualized care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Supporting the hospital's mission, vision, and values through quality patient care.
- Current LPN license in the state.
- Minimum of two years hospital LPN experience (preferred for float pool roles).
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support and institutional basic EKG courses.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and operate computer software in a Windows environment (preferred).
- Annual completion of unit-specific competency requirements.
