LVN Position

The LVN provides safe, compassionate nursing care under supervision, supporting organizational Service Excellence standards.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering patient care within their scope of practice for a designated patient population.
• Implementing and documenting age-appropriate care plans using the Nursing process, Clinical Skills, and Patient Education.
• Ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Supporting Performance Improvement initiatives in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Adhering to established standards and practices.
  
  

Qualifications include a current Texas LVN license, completion of an IV Therapy Course, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and a de-escalation class within 90 days of hire.
