We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Professional, such as a Physician or Nurse Practitioner.

- Providing patient, family, and staff education in coordination with healthcare team
- Coordinating patient care activities and administering medications safely
- Serving as a clinical mentor and subject matter expert within the practice
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- BLS certification preferred, with requirement within 30 days
- One year of clinical patient care experience preferred
- Proficiency in vital signs, patient documentation, medication administration, and patient communication
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to high-stress environments and handle interruptions
- Exposure to physical, environmental, and human-related hazards, requiring universal precautions
- Provides age-appropriate care for diverse populations, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
