Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Overview

The Provider, whether a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivers high-quality healthcare within the clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, review medical histories, diagnose, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA. The role requires flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies, work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and maintain professional credibility with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual patient care, meeting volume targets.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.
• Develop diagnoses, recommend treatments, and educate patients on care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications responsibly.
• Follow clinical guidelines, participate in meetings, and complete mandatory training.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, DEA registration, and other credentialing requirements.
• Engage in community outreach and uphold company core values.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification within designated timeframes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered approach.
