- Provide immediate care to patients with acute conditions or trauma in the ER.
- Perform examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and establish accurate diagnoses.
- Stabilize critically ill or injured patients using emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed medical records, document patient information, and make timely decisions on admissions, discharges, or referrals.
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
- Valid medical license in any U.S. state.
- Minimum of two years' recent practice experience, including residency.
- Completion of postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine or related primary care specialty.
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and DEA registration.
- Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with medical advancements.
