Qualifications
- ADN or higher nursing degree
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of ER experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Proficiency with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Provide urgent medical care, treating trauma, injury, and severe conditions
- Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and monitor health status
- Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments
