Key duties involve patient care for primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients, managing an office flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, and participating in team activities like morning huddles.
Qualifications include DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR, DEA, and optionally Nitrous Oxide certification. A strong desire to serve both children and adults and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
