Supervises healthcare team members, processes sterile products, and provides drug information and education.
Engages actively in departmental committees and maximizes safety through automation.
Completes assigned goals to support patient care and departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Current, active pharmacy licensure for the appropriate state or eligibility, with licensure obtained within 120 days.
- Basic computer literacy, strong communication, and clinical awareness skills. Preferred skills include advanced order entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and clinical experience.
- Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS, or advanced training, are desirable.
