Clinical Laboratory Scientist Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor to lead and coordinate laboratory operations in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring laboratory work
• Documenting results and maintaining quality control and calibration
• Ensuring staff training and appropriate staffing levels
• Overseeing specimen collection and processing procedures
• Maintaining work areas and assisting with budget management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a recognized MT or HTL program, meeting Clinical Laboratory Act requirements
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as MT/MLS/CLS/HTL or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Registered MT (ASCP/AMT), HTL (ASCP/AMT), or equivalent certification
