School Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aide (Actively Hiring!)

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs
• Prepare and organize classroom materials
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
• Support behavior management strategies and reinforce positive behavior
• Promote respect, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or related certification preferred)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
