Position: PACT Clinical Supervisor
Location: Aspen -Cost of Living Allowance: An additional $3.88 per hour is provided to employees working onsite in Aspen only.
Position Summary
The PACT Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for the PACT (Co-Response) Program. This position focuses on clinical supervision, staff development, risk consultation, and quality assurance. Operational coordination, outreach, and routine partner communication functions are shared with program leadership and designated organizational staff.
Essential Functions
- Clinical Supervision & Oversight
- Provide clinical and limited administrative supervision to assigned PACT staff.
- Guide clinical decision-making, crisis response, risk assessment, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and clinical best practices.
- Provide consultation on complex or high-risk cases.
- Support staff professional development and wellness.
- Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive care.
Program Quality & Team Support
- Participate in program-related internal and external meetings as assigned.
- Support onboarding and clinical training of new staff in collaboration with program leadership and Human Resources.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical policy development.
- Provide consultation regarding clinical documentation and service standards.
Operational & Staffing Support (Shared)
- Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Provide consultation on staffing coverage and clinical resource allocation.
- Collaborate with designated staff responsible for day-to-day operational coordination.
Partner & Community Engagement (Shared)
- Serve as a clinical liaison to community partners as appropriate.
- Represent the program in select meetings or presentations.
- Support alignment of program services with community needs and partner expectations.
Scope of Role
- This position is not responsible for routine partner outreach, general program inquiries, or primary operational coordination.
- Non-clinical program management functions are managed by program leadership and designated organizational staff.
- Clinical support outside of scheduled hours and on-call periods will be provided by assigned organizational clinical leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
- Active, unrestricted Colorado clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Post-licensure clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in crisis response, community-based services, or co-response models strongly preferred.
