- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly
- Provide education, support, and reassurance to residents and families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Accurately document resident care and progress within the EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal nursing regulations
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
- Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing (required)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize resident needs
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
