Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home.

💰 Pay Rates
G-Tube / G-Button Cases
- LVN/LPN: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
- RN: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
Trach / Vent Cases
- LVN/LPN: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
- RN: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
(Rates vary by case complexity and experience)
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)
- Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
- Follow and implement individualized plans of care
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Educate and support families
- Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)
- Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
