As a PRN LPN at The Lodge at Natchez Trace, you will support the nighttime health and well-being of residents in both assisted living and memory care. You will monitor residents, respond promptly to care needs, administer nighttime medications, and ensure a calm, safe environment during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ vitals and document accurately in our EMR
- Assist with nighttime care needs, including hygiene, comfort, and mobility support
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Respond quickly to changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic clinical tasks as needed
- Support late-evening and early-morning admissions, transfers, or discharges
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and all community, state, and federal guidelines
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Current and active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently during night hours
- Ability to collaborate effectively with overnight staff
