West Janisch Health Care Center, a 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide (PRN) to support our dining services team during the evening shift. As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in helping to prepare and serve meals that keep our residents healthy, happy, and well cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with meal preparation and food service under the direction of the Cook and Dietary Manager.
• Deliver and serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures at all times.
• Support special dietary needs and restrictions as directed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a dietary aide, kitchen helper, or in food service (healthcare setting preferred).
• Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with residents and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evening PRN shifts as scheduled.
