What You’ll Do
Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure highquality, outcomesfocused care
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patientcentered care
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their needs
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Monitor and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards
What You Bring
Valid RN license in Florida
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Long-term care experience (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
