An exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an expanding specialized team within a large healthcare system in San Antonio, Texas.
The candidate will join a team of ~70 providers, pharmacy staff and clinical data coordinators to provide care and collect data for clinical registries. The position also offers the opportunity to be included on published scientific abstracts, posters and manuscripts.
We are interested in employing a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced team. Schedule is full-time weekdays with some flexibility. Position is office based and candidate must be able to reliably commute to our San Antonio office.
Duties include:
- Telehealth care and some in person care to patients with various chronic illnesses.
- Data collection for long term health registries.
Required skills:
- Min 2 years of patient care of APP experience

Education:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited training program (required).
