Job Description:

Acorn Wellness Aesthetics (a division of Seven Oaks Women’s Center) is a growing wellness medical/aesthetics spa located in the Medical Center of San Antonio, TX. We are seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. We are looking for an outgoing individual with a proven drive for success, a desire to learn and grow, and a dedication to providing the utmost care to their patients. The ability to work independently to develop and provide a treatment plan as well as being a team player is a requirement. The ideal candidate should have experience in Weight loss, HRT, Women’s Intimate Care procedures, and Aesthetics.

Duties:

• Manage a medically directed Weight Loss Program using compounded GLP-1's
• Administer O-shots
• Manage and address hormone imbalance symptoms with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), including dosing and insertion of bioidentical hormone pellets for both Females and Males
• Administer Injections (B12), (toxins, fillers, PRP, etc.)
• Patient Charting
• All physician-related duties
• Medical compliance
• Establishing a cosmetic injectable and wellness plan that meets patients’ goals all while providing 5-star customer service
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold ethical standards
• Comply with professional, clinic, and legal standards and ensure up-to-date licensing
• Be a brand ambassador!
• Engage in social media, business development, and networking events
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field

Qualifications:

• Passion & interest in Medically directed Weight Loss Programs
• Interest in Women’s intimate care treatments
• Passion for Aesthetics – Injections, Lasers, Skincare
• Reliability & dependability
• Ability to be educated, knowledgeable, and confident in selling and discussing various products and techniques
• Empathy, great bedside manner
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Current, active license and in good standing with medical board

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medically Directed Weight loss programs
• Aesthetic Injections
• Lasers (1 year preferred)
• HRT

License/Certification:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
• PA-C (Preferred)
• Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
