Job Description
HealthMate Hot Tubs is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in our office and serves as the primary point of contact for service-related customer inquiries. The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service and Water Valet appointments, coordinating technicians, and ensuring every customer receives a professional, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails related to service and valet appointments
- Schedule and coordinate daily routes for service and water valet technicians
- Dispatch technicians and communicate job details clearly
- Enter and maintain accurate service records, customer data, and contracts
- Coordinate parts orders, warranty claims, and manufacturer communication
- Support and grow monthly Water Valet service contracts
- Perform post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with office and warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
Qualifications
- experience in an office-based customer service, dispatch, or service coordination role
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
