Physical Therapist

Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care to support ongoing rehabilitation.

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Valid FL Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Assess and treat patients' physical abilities
- Develop and implement therapy plans
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
- On-site in Clearwater, FL
- Shift: Days, up to 40 hours/week
- Pay: $2,075 - $2,139 per week
