Qualifications & Skills: Valid state license, completion of required onboarding credentials including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
Key Duties: Deliver physical therapy services, adhere to safety standards, maintain documentation, and ensure patient care quality.
