Role And Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including assessment, monitoring, and advanced treatments.
- Operate life-support equipment and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
- Administer medications, ensure patient safety, and address physical and emotional needs.
- Document assessments, interventions, and responses, maintaining compliance with standards.
- Educate patients and families about treatments and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Recent ICU experience and valid RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN and other certifications preferred.
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-acuity settings.
