- Implement and modify nursing interventions based on continuous evaluation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and procedures.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by reporting hazards and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess IV sites regularly, start IVs per policy, and adhere to documentation standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing professional development.
- RN license upon hire and BLS certification within 30 days.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Proficiency in nursing skills such as IV insertions, telemetry monitoring, and use of related equipment.
