Role: RN Home Visitor in a Nurse Family Partnership program, responsible for providing case management and support services to pregnant and parenting women and their children.

- Conduct home visits with clients, adhering to research protocols and program guidelines.
- Collaborate with community agencies to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
- Deliver comprehensive care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs across all ages.
- Participate in professional development, teamwork, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- BSN required within 5 years; RN licensure and BLS certification mandatory.
- At least two years of recent pediatric or related experience with children birth through 5 years.
- Experience in adolescent psychology, OB, home care, or community nursing preferred.
- Strong communication skills, especially with adolescents.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
