- Support outpatient and inpatient services, including palliative care consults
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Geriatrics
- Fellowship trained in Geriatric Medicine
- 2-5 years of recent Geriatrics experience preferred
- Experience or certification in Hospice and Palliative Care is advantageous
