- Completing departmental orientations, competency validations, and maintaining certifications.
- Associate degree in respiratory care or nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable states.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of respiratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with computer documentation and data management.
- Valid driver’s license.
