- Delegate tasks appropriately to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
- Meet organizational competencies related to leadership and practice standards.
- Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
- Current RN license and BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification necessary; additional certifications may be required within specified grace periods.
- Experience in perioperative or surgical settings is preferred.
- Complete onboarding and annual competency validations.
- Attend new nurse orientation within 30 days of hire.
- Possess or obtain necessary certifications within designated time frames.
