We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality patient care.
- Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to assigned patients, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, cost-effective nursing practices.
- Key duties: Coordinating patient care based on the nursing process, administering medications safely, and adhering to safety standards, risk management, and infection control protocols.
- Additional responsibilities: Supporting emergency response procedures, including understanding hospital emergency codes and fulfilling HICS roles during emergencies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; recent acute care experience preferred.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law, including AHA BLS; AHA ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications may be required per policy.
