We are seeking an experienced Pediatric OR Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care in a pediatric acute care hospital.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, performing interventions to ensure patient safety during surgery, assisting physicians with care plans, and maintaining continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units.
Qualifications required are a minimum of 2 years of OR experience in pediatrics, an active Ohio RN license, a BSN degree or in progress, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and a strong preference for PALS. Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, laser experience, and CNOR certification are highly valued.
Skills include strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and the ability to pass background checks and onboarding.
