Key responsibilities include
- delivering direct patient care and evaluating outcomes,
- performing head-to-toe assessments across all age groups,
- managing pain through appropriate techniques,
- using triage to prioritize patient care,
- communicating effectively with physicians regarding patient status and diagnostic results.
- at least 2 years of ED experience,
- a current RN license,
- BCLS certification,
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire. Optional certifications include ENPC and TNCC.
