Position: Registered Nurse for a mixed Cardiac, Telemetry, Neuro, and Stroke unit.
Responsibilities: Provide bedside and virtual nursing care, monitor patients, communicate care information, perform medication reconciliation, assist with procedures, educate patients and families, and document interactions via EPIC.
Qualifications: Associate or higher degree in Nursing, current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, ACLS and NIHSS certifications within six months, with a preference for Bachelor's degree and inpatient experience. Must meet specific educational requirements based on start date.
Skills & Requirements: Knowledge of patient care across age groups, strong communication skills, ability to respond to physical and psychological needs, and proficiency in documentation and patient education.
