Provides physical therapy interventions under supervision, assisting in monitoring patient progress and following the established plan of care. Works within the scope of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), documenting care and maintaining records per policy. Supports patient mobility, use of medical equipment, and activities of daily living in various home and facility environments. Participates in team meetings, special projects, and continuous education. Responsible for managing caseloads, assisting in patient assessments, and ensuring infection control and safety standards are met.

Qualifications
- Licenses and Certifications: NY State Certification as a PTA required; valid driver’s license may be needed.
