About The Role

We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead our Smithtown location, overseeing daily pharmacy operations, compliance, and team management. This role involves

• Ensuring licensure, controlled substance recordkeeping, and inspection readiness
• Managing dispensing accuracy and operational efficiency
• Hiring, training, and supervising pharmacy technicians
• Building relationships with prescribers and specialty practices
• Growing the patient base through outreach, reactivation, and manufacturer programs
• Owning location performance and collaborating with ownership on results
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active New York pharmacist license in good standing with eligibility for Supervising Pharmacist
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians
• Immunization certification
• PioneerRx experience is a plus
