- Client & Customer Relationships: Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership, address concerns, and support a patient-first culture.
- Financial & Operational Performance: Support labor management, inventory control, and departmental financial goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to infection prevention standards, OSHA regulations, and promote safe practices.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare EVS experience preferred, with hospital or acute care background a plus.
- Supervisory or management experience leading frontline teams.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, healthcare cleaning standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to support a 24/7 healthcare environment with second shift availability.
